You have the right to cancel your order till you get a confirmation. Once confirmed, you shall not cancel your order.
Even though unlikely, if any item in your cart is unavailable, you will be informed about this through the number you have provided to us. In such an event you will be entitled to cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
We reserve the rights to cancel your order if:
- Address provided by You is outside our delivery zone
- You fail to attend our call
- You fail to give enough information, direction at the time of delivery
- Unavailability of cart items
- Failure due to any unforeseen reason or any attributable to the vendor.
Swaad on is just a platform for buyers and sellers. All payments and refunds are directly handled by the resturants
If you pre-pay, you are entitled for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
- Swaad On cancelling your order due to the following reasons: Address provided by You is outside our delivery zone, or You fail to attend our call;
- You cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered at the time of booking.
Decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
If you choose cash on delivery then you will not be required to pay for:
- Orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by us
- Wrong order being delivered
- Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.
